Dispatch
As a social enterprise we work in a fair and ethical way with all our customers and suppliers.
We will despatch within 5 working days all online and postal sales of our publications.
Payment Options:
All online transactions are completed using PayPal. You can place your order by mail using the downloadable PDF order forms
Post and Packing:
All of our UK orders & single book non-UK purchases are sent using Royal Mail Services. Because of the range of postal options for overseas delivery we ask that customers outside of the UK ordering more than one book contact us with their requirements and we will quote overseas shipping at cost. If you require larger quantities, please contact us direct using the email address below.
In the event of an item failing to arrive please contact us and we will do all we can to rectify the problem.
Returns:
We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations which means as a buyer you have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which you can return any item and get your money back, including the original postage and packing charges.
We comply with PayPal rules and regulations. All we ask is that you contact us using the email address below before returning an item.
It will be responsibility of the buyer to return any item in dispute at your own expense to our address below.
Please retain a proof of posting in all cases.
